Here are the most-common reasons:

Please read all of this before clicking the back button twice to try again.

• Please input what you're ordering into the bottom input field LAST, then click submit. Sometimes the form gets stuck on some fields (for example, if you submit while it's on the expiration field).

• Ensure your phone number is in this format 123-456-7890, and NOT this format (123) 456-7890. You don't have to input your real phone number as nobody is going to call you nor put you on any marketing lists. So please input exactly this 734-369-0580 if you try again.

• The oldest version of MS Internet Explorer that will work is 5.5. To see what version you have, go to Help, About Internet Explorer, and the first line of small text tells the version. If the number is less than 5.5, then it won't work.

• If you're on a big corporate, wirehouse, or government network, it could be a firewall issue (or similar thing to try to keep you from goofing off at work).

• If you're outside the U.S., then please click here to read tips on how to make it work. Canadian orders: You'll need to choose your Province via the State drop-down box.

• You may have just entered your credit card number wrong. Because computer monitors are so small, this is the most-common glitch. There are only 16 characters in the card number field, so don't use spaces or dashes to separate your credit card numbers. In other words, do this: 1234123412341234. Don't do this: 1234 1234 1234 1234 and don't do this: 1234-1234-1234-1234.

• It only takes MasterCard and Visa, sorry. If it's not a Visa, you may have forgotten to select MasterCard with the drop-down box. Ensure you've selected ether Visa or MasterCard until it highlights (changes from white to another color).

• You may have forgotten to choose a state where your credit card bill goes to.

• You may have forgotten to input your credit card expiration month and year.

• You may have forgotten to input an e-mail address. This is required for delivery.

• Any one of several browser security settings not being "right" will make this fail (there's no way to fix this one).

Please call (707) 996-9664, or send e-mail, and we'll do it manually with you, which usually fixes most all of the above mysteries and problems. Please do not e-mail your credit card information, as that is very insecure. If us doing it on the phone doesn't work, then we can use the bank software to force it (over the phone again). If that doesn't work, then there is an actual problem with that credit card that you'll need to resolve with them.
