Do it Yourself Using the Secure Credit Card Ordering Forms The master list of all financial software products and prices is here Prices and links to the secure ordering forms are usually found at the very bottom of the individual product pages. These products for sale pages are listed on the right-hand green column on most all webpages (like this one). - or - Call (800) 658-1824 with your MasterCard or Visa Sorry, but we cannot process Amex, Discover, or other cards - or - - or - Send a check in the mail: • Address the envelope like this: • Make the check out to: Real World Personal Finance Software. • Ensure you enclose your e-mail address for delivery. Miscellaneous Information You can use "gift certificates" to buy for others too! If you want more financial planning software than what's on a single ordering form, please e-mail your list or call (800) 658-1824, for a discounted price. Here's the list of all pricing and ordering forms If you know your price, then you can just use that secure ordering form from the above link, and that will eliminate a layer of confusion. So if you got a quote, and lost that link, then as long as you know the quoted price, you can just use the Custom Deal Form from the link above. Just click the link next to that dollar amount when there. Then complete the form. Prices shown on ordering forms are the total U.S. dollar amounts billed. They include all taxes, handling, normal delivery charges, etc. Delivery is normally made via e-mail, and is usually same day, but could take up to two days. Only the Bundled Deals have CD postal delivery, as total files are over 250Mb. This takes about five days. Next day, or express delivery, is $25 more (unless you use your existing shipping account number). CDs in the mail are not needed anymore for most other products and/or bundles because most everyone has a Yahoo or other account with plenty of server space. You can read what will display on your browser after you complete a successful credit card order on your own here. Security When Ordering Online Secure means whatever information you type into the secure web page cannot be transferred to anyone else. This is because it's encrypted. In general, you'll know when a web page is secure when the URL shows https:// and not just http:// The "s" stands for secure page. Also, when the page is secure, a little padlock icon will display usually at the bottom of your browser. This is sort of "the law" and there's no way to fake it or get around it. This site is as secure as it gets for doing credit cards online and PayPal. The bank wouldn't process orders until security met their standards. The bank software doesn't even show your credit card number or expiration to us. In general, as long as the form you fill out is secure, you can trust using your credit card to buy things from websites. If people complain to MasterCard and Visa about improper use of their card, they'll just yank the merchant out of the system. They're very serious about it, so if an online-merchant takes credit cards online, then it's the same as buying something with your card over the phone, or in a store. It's even more secure because you're telling someone your information over the phone, and/or swiping a card into a vulnerable machine at a store. If you call only to place an order, we'll just be using the exact same order form that you can get to from here. So if you're concerned about security and privacy, then calling adds another layer of insecurity, because you're saying your card number over the phone. When you order by yourself, then we don't even have access to your credit card number (without calling the bank with a valid reason). So when you do it yourself, nobody knows your card's info.
